I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app about 20 times. It has nowhere near the functions of its desktop counterpart. It is not user friendly and has constant glitches. If I didn’t use it for work I would not have continued using this program. This app is so consistently disappointing. I really wish they would work on it but with every update nothing ever changes.

We use this for work and can’t see pictures, tasks that are complete crash that chat channel forever, and many missed notifications. Very poor app, wouldn’t use if it wasn’t a corporate app. Slack was 1000% better.

Everything is slow. Switching between chat groups, the cursor freezes, pictures aren’t loading that other people share. I love the desktop app at work but on my galaxy s5 it’s really tough to get anything done.

People must be reviewing this from terrible phones, because I have had no speed problems on a Samsung Edge+. The app is great for being a newer concept, and the team is constantly improving the app. We are using it so they know what to fix, so instead of criticizing help them out. Only thing I have issues with is certain events not updating correctly, and some people can’t see photos. Neither of which are a problem to my device though.
